Stephanie Smirnov
After 25+ years in PR, I found my true calling: helping individuals and teams unlock their full potential through coaching and training.
Before establishing my coaching and training practice, I was Coach-in-Residence at the Lippe Taylor Group. While at LTG, I create an internal coaching program participants called “game changing.” Previously, I led global corporate communications at Scholastic, managed the largest brand practice in the Edelman global network, and drove five consecutive years of growth as president and then CEO at DeVries Global.
I graduated with honors from Sweet Briar College with a B.A. in Art History and hold a certification in Leading Professional Service Firms from Harvard Business School. I’m a Professional Certified Coach (International Coaching Federation), Certified Executive Coach (Center for Executive Coaching), and LinkedIn “Top Contributor” on leadership development. I’m also a certified DiSC practitioner.
